Awarded to only one company with over 50,000 working hours who is the best in the Ohio/Michigan chapter, with Laibe granted this award for three out of the last four years 

NECA National Recognition of Achievement in Safety Excellence 
Designation is given to several companies for their health and safety programs with Laibe being granted this award for three out of the last four years

NECA National Recognition of Achievement of Zero Injury
Presented to companies who have zero OSHA recordable injuries 

Bureau of Workmans’ Compensation Safety Council of Northwest Ohio Safety Group Award 
Awarded to the company with the lowest incident rate in each group

Bureau of Workmans’ Compensation Safety Council of Northwest Ohio 100% Safety Award
Granted to the company that works an entire year with no lost time due to an injury

Bureau of Workmans’ Compensation Safety Council of Northwest OhioSafety Achievement Award 
Presented to each employer that decreases its incident rate by at least 25% from the previous year

*In 2018, Laibe was the only company in their industry to earn all three Bureau of Workmans’ Compensation Safety Council of Northwest Ohio awards in one year.
