Women in Construction Week 2021
Laibe is proud to celebrate Women in Construction Week and recognize the hard working, accomplished women on our team.
In a male dominated industry, we are committed to attracting and retaining more women to the construction workforce. With women representing only 10% of employees in the construction industry, we want to advance opportunities and include more women in trades, management, and executive roles. Currently, we involve our women employees in our recruitment process, we have created an inclusive culture, and we have adopted family friendly policies and benefits.
Realizing that gender diverse companies are 25% more likely to achieve success and profitability, we will continue to acknowledge the concerns of women in construction and recruit and represent women at Laibe and in our industry.
