Laibe is a proud supporter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and the 2020 Student of the Year Campaign. Each year, high school students around the country participate in a LLS sponsored challenge to raise money for those battling or in remission from a blood cancer. 

Students who are proven leaders in their school and community are nominated for and apply to be a part of The Student of the Year program. The fundraising initiative lasts approximately six to eight weeks, and over the course of the two months, participants are taught lifelong skills including project management, collaboration, marketing and entrepreneurship. At the conclusion of the program, the student or team of students who raises the most money for LLS is named the Student of the Year for their local chapter. 
Supporting the LLS Northern Ohio Student of the Year allows Laibe to invest in and support the next generation of young leaders as well as join with others in the fight against cancer. For more information on the Student of the Year program, please visit their website.
