Sept. 28, 2020, Toledo, Ohio: When University of Toledo student-athletes take to the court, the field, or the soccer pitch, they do so with the help of Laibe Electric Technology. Laibe has been and continues to be a proud sponsor of UT Rocket athletics — and, by extension, the university as a whole and the greater Toledo community.

To recognize Laibe’s help in making the Rockets soar, UT features Laibe’s logo and name on signage at game sites and programs, in advertising, and in radio and TV broadcasts. More than 250,000 UT fans of all ages and walks of life –from students to retirees — are reminded of Laibe each year.

Despite the continuing COVID-19 safety precautions that prevent large gatherings — including fans attending UT Rocket games — Laibe is energizing efforts to keep its name and image in clear view while maintaining its support of the university and community. As part of this, Laibe joins the We Are Toledo campaign to promote UT and the city — another way that Laibe boosts the Rockets.
