As an Electrical Estimator/Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping Laibe’s next century of success. You will work with industry-leading professionals, cutting‑edge tools, valued customers, and a team that believes in investing in people, empowering careers, and delivering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates for commercial, industrial, healthcare and institutional projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and distributors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, procurement, and cost control.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through professionalism and responsiveness.
• Contribute to the growth and improvement of Laibe’s estimating and PM processes.

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of electrical industry experience.
• Estimating and/or project management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Accubid/McCormick experience is a plus.
• Strong blueprint‑reading and document interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
